Short stay
I had a great stay at STORY the housekeeping staff and spa team (Malika) are definitely worth mentioning. A quiet upscale hotel with a serene and tranquil environment.

Superb
Beautiful location and a very peaceful environment. The best part of my stay was the hotel staff extremely professional, kind, and always impeccably dressed. The food offered exceptional value and was among the best hotel dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice hotel with great facilities
Very nice hotel, very professional. All staff whether in the event area, catering, room, restaurant, reception of each individual very friendly and professional.
The concierge was also very very helpful to order us a taxi again and again and to always explain to the driver where to take us has explained everything very patiently. Located in a quiet beautiful location but everything is only accessible by taxi.
Thanks also to Sara from Sales Department who was also professional, flexible and always available.

Good stay but no responsiveness afterwards
I had an excellent stay at the end of March in this establishment. Everything went very well... until the check-out moment.
A Visa pre-authorization of €500 that should have been canceled was finally charged a few days after my departure. An error can happen, that is not the problem. What is regrettable is the total lack of responsiveness and follow-up afterwards.
Despite several emails and numerous (paid) calls over several weeks, I received only one written response after more than a month. With each phone contact, I am assured that the refund has been processed, but to this day, I still have not received anything.
It is truly unfortunate to end an experience with such a lack of responsiveness and customer service, especially for an establishment of this category. Without this incident and its management, my stay would have been impeccable.
