950 Condotel is a self-catering accommodation only 2.5 km from Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. It offers well-furnished rooms fitted with en suite bathrooms. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property.

Affordable Stay with Great Location
Value for Money
For a short stay, I recommend 950 Condotel.
Location – The highlight is definitely the location. It’s near restaurants and only about 2 km from SM Clark. There’s also a grocery right below the accommodation (the entrance is through the grocery itself, which is open 24 hours). It’s complete and affordable for your needs.
Room – We stayed in a Standard Room. The room itself is spacious, including the CR. It has basic cable TV (no Netflix), good air-conditioning, basic toiletries, and a bidet. However, there’s no water heater in the shower.
Accommodation – The stay includes free breakfast, served as a basic plated meal.
Price – Compared to nearby accommodations, 950 Condotel is the most affordable.
Parking – There is parking available at the back of the hotel. Though the space is not very wide, it is safe since a guard is stationed there.
Suggestion: It would be better if they could add a shower heater for more comfort.

Opinion and objective
This hotel has a very affordable rate, not far from the airport.
Clean establishment. And a decent breakfast.
However, namely that it is in a neighborhood... Very lively many bars... With a street how to say ... or establishments are prohibited at least 18 years ...
So avoid with family or with children.
Very serious and smiling staff.
No window in the room we had. And capricious hot water.

TO BE AVOIDED CAREFULLY
I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR 4 NIGHTS , (EXECUTIVE SUITS), MONTH AUGUST 2025, I CAN SAY THAT THE HOTEL IS NOISY , AND THERE IS NO SECURITY SINCE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS ACCESSED VIA A SUPERMARKET, AND WITH THE ELEVATOR YOU CAN ALSO ACCESS THE UPPER FLOORS WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS. RECEPTION WOULDN'T LET ME PRINT OUT AN URGENT 3-PAGE DOCUMENT, THEY ASKED ME TO GET PAID. DURING CHECK-OUT I WAS CHARGED A GLASS I HADN'T BROKEN FOR 100 PESOS, NOTHING. IT'S A LITTLE GAME THEY PLAY, SO CHECK OUT PRESENT. OF A UNIQUE RUDENESS. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

stayed here for the first time was very happy with room the Wi-Fi was very good and every morning breakfast great the staff from reception to cleaners to restaurant very good location short walk to walking st Sm mall will book again next stay
