Awesome resort

A bit far but worth to go. The best part was during breakfast they serve so much food we love it. Room are cleans, Fast service. Good and friendly staff and very accommodating. Good food, nice ambiance , not so much expensive. I highly recommend this resort.

We’ll be back!

My family and I absolutely loved the resort and the staff! It felt so peaceful to be there. We loved how organized everything was, especially the rooms. We booked two rooms, and they felt like home. Even though they were a bit far from the pool, the staff were always quick to send a shuttle for us. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!
By the way, thank you for assisting us during our kayak ride, even though we didn’t know how to paddle. Hahaha!

The receptionist was not very welcoming and did not show good customer service. Guests should feel comfortable and value

was disappointing. The receptionist was not friendly and seemed to lack customer service skills. A warm welcome and respectful attitude make a big difference for guests. I hope the management can improve their customer service because the overall experience could have been much better.

My memorable stay at Maayo Hotel Argao

I had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Maayo Hotel Argao. I stayed at their spacious Villa. The place is not crowded, peacefully quite, and best for mind relaxation. All the staffs are accommodating, I was assisted by the very kind and gorgeous, Ms Kyla Bhabe, she’s absolutely one of the most exceptional hoteliers I’ve met. I wanna thank France and James as well for taking care of us during our breakfast. The foods were exceptionally delicious and I love the tidy and spacious pool as well, very best for sunbathing and night swimming.
I’ll definitely stay here again soon

great staff but bad rooms

note: experience in the building with the rooms*
- the building is quite thin since i could feel every footstep from the rooms nearby
- you could hear people who passed by the building (it was 12 AM yet there were people outside being loud)
- you could hear the noises made in the room beside
- would not recommend as someone who is quite sensitive as the content movement and noise caused a lack of sleep
- the staff were friendly, entertaining, and attentive
