Breakfast Buffet at Summit Galeria
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Service was excellent especially from Stephen and Neil. Taho and Ube champorado were the beat go to every day. They never disappoint!

Outstanding hospitality! Highly recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Summit Galleria Cebu. The hotel’s direct connection to the mall was incredibly convenient, and the buffet food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious.Above all, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would like to express our special thanks to France at the front desk. She was so attentive and helped us arrange a breakfast box (bento). Moreover, when our tour transport didn't show up on time for checkout, she went out of her way to contact the tour company for us.We are also deeply grateful to the doorman, Castanio. When we first told him that our ride hadn't arrived, he immediately coordinated with the front desk to get it sorted out. He kindly told us to relax in the lobby, promised to call us as soon as they arrived, and even helped load our luggage for the driver when the ride finally came.Thanks to France, Castanio, and the amazing team, we felt completely safe and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning!
I stayed for one month on a language study abroad program. It's so delicious that I look forward to breakfast every morning. The staff were also very friendly. Dinner is also recommended.

Stay and Dine Experience at Summit Galleria
The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. John and Jessa from the café made sure my scheduled dinner arrived with already prepared meals. The downside is that we were placed at a tabled that is passed by a lot of mall goers and hotel guests. Overall the experience at Summit Galleria was exceptional.

On our first night, I thought I left the shower running, so I went to check, it was not! My husband says it was a water dripping from the condensation drain. It was loud and it bothered me.
