This well-equipped resort offers great amenities in a tranquil area just 100 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the lively city centre of Salou, Costa Dorada’s tourist capital.

We had an enjoyable stay, but the hotel is not particularly inclusive of the English
For the price went paid, I cant really complain.
Positives:
- no getting up at the cracking of dawn to get sunbeds,
- very clean,
- beds and pillows are very comfortable,
- never had to wait long for a lift,
- bathrooms and adequate size,
- the food at dinner was nice only 1 night out of 8 i struggled, although not a great selection for children,
- the drinks were reasonably priced,
- English tv channels for the children,
- location to beach and town was good - but not if you have mobility issues (youre on top of a hill).
Negatives:
- breakfast was poor quality, cold and the dining room was overcrowded, with everyone pushing and generally being rude,
- entertainment was aimed at Spanish. Even the disney show played all the disney songs in Spainish!
- on arrival they tried charging us the tourist tax on our 3 children under 8, then pleaded ignorance when I highlighted this- total con, there is no way they didnt know it wasnt payable by minors,
- there isnt many English in the hotel and you're generally looked down on, it felt uncomfortable at times,
- pool didnt open until 11am
- kids entertainment didnt start until 9.30pm.

Best hotel in Salou.
Next to the beach can’t fault this hotel rooms tidy. All the staff are so helpful. Foods fantastic great value for money will be back.

Great, family hotel
Location: Brilliant. Close to water park and theme park. 2 minutes from many lovely beaches. Sandy. Great beach bars and restaurants near by. This is very much the family area of Salou.
Atmosphere. Fun, positive, friendly and helpful staff. I like the fact they they try to personally remember your table and accompanying drinks preferences. Nice touch.
Food. For a three start hotel, the choice and quality of food is great and don't listen to anyone who says otherwise. Well cooked and very healthy food with meat and vegetarian options.
Family. Cool Entertainment every night and a great little play area for kids and our primary school age kids made and played with many friends each day.
Atmosphere. Fun, positive, friendly and helpful staff. I like the fact they they try to personally remember your table and accompanying drinks preferences. Nice touch.

Good clean hotel
Nice clean hotel. Food not so good, very bland and not a great choice. It's on a hill so be warned. Bus into town or Portaventura leaves from just down the street, was only 8 euro for a family of 4. We took a taxi back from the park and it was just 12 euro. Salou has so much to see and do. Will be back but because of the food just not to this hotel unfortunately

Fantastic holiday.Staff that go above and beyond.
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Was sad to leave after a 10 day family holiday. Already booked again for next year. Staff are absolutely amazing all round. My son wouldn’t eat anything the first few days down to travel and the heat etc and Alex the chef was absolutely amazing and allowed us to go collect food for my son to eat later upstairs. Alex actually made our holiday to be honest. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we can’t wait to see him again next year. Entertainment every night bingo first then kids mini disco at 9:30pm then a show every night at 10pm from Disney to acrobats to music tribute shows, there was always something on and daily activities if you wanted to take part. No problems with queuing for sun beds etc more than enough for everyone so regardless of what time we wanted to sunbathe for a while there were plenty of empty beds at both the pools. Lots of supermarkets bars and restaurants right across the street and the beach is just round the corner. We go to salou every year so have stayed in lots of hotels. This is the first one I have ever rebooked straight away because it’s ideal for our yearly summer holiday. Overall couldn’t fault this hotel at all.
