Great View - no sleep
However the bedding. Not so great the lounge was better

Ok - unless you happen to want to sleep.
Sad thing is - this could have been one of my more common good reviews if they'd simply done the right thing and moved us to another room. It would have cost them nothing and I'd have rewarded that with a good review.
So avoid this place unless you're a vampire looking for a just ok hotel and have no interest in a good night's sleep..

We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you contacted our team during your stay and requested a quieter room. We apologise that we were unable to provide an alternative room and for the information you were given regarding the venue’s closing time. We appreciate that this only added to your disappointment.
As you have rightly highlighted, our location does mean that some of our lower-level rooms can be affected by some noise from the nearby venue, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
We are particularly disappointed to hear that this experience turned what could have been a positive stay into a one star review. We value the opportunity to make things right and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future, where we would be happy to discuss a quieter room option with you prior to arrival. We do hope to welcome you back to Quest Cronulla Beach again very soon.

It’s fantastic to know you enjoyed the spacious and clean apartment, beautiful views, balcony and our prime location. We’re also pleased that the clear instructions, Wi-Fi, Foxtel and kitchenette helped make your stay comfortable and convenient, particularly being able to prepare some meals in the apartment.
We are glad you had the opportunity to enjoy our gym, pool and heated spa as well. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the height restriction in our car park and the difficulty this created when travelling with a work van. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
