Hi there,
Our reception counter does close at 9pm, however we have a manager on site until 2:30am every night and you can still check in with them via the Sports Bar. We understand that a difference in language can make this process more difficult, and our team will look into possible ways we can address this for future. We appreciate your feedback, and hope that any future visits will be more convenient for you should you choose to return.

Easy and quick checkin, super friendly and helpful service staff, central location and yet pretty quiet.
