Beautiful Apartment with Great Host

A wonderful place! The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has a stunning view over Kaprun from the mountain . The host is very kind, quick to respond, and always helpful by sending recommendations for nearby attractions, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable .
The only downside is the long staircase, which makes carrying luggage a bit tiring. Also, the place is not suitable at all for people with disabilities or wheelchair users.

A vacation with friends with new friends.

Top location / right on the slopes, it goes over a meadow (50m) which should of course be covered with snow. The chalet can be reached directly via the mountain road. There are sufficient parking spaces available. The equipment is at a high level. The kitchen is well equipped. The sauna also fits, I personally would prefer a “normal” sauna. We were able to spontaneously stop there for the night after fresh snow. Maiskogel is a small, beautiful ski area, with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn.
The highlight is not just the beautiful view and the ski in and ski out. But direct and absolutely honest contact with the landlord.
Dear Arjan, thank you for the many options and for the uncomplicated process. It was even spontaneously possible to stay an extra day. I left the chalet tidy, without handing over and there were no problems afterwards. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given.
We Franconians will definitely come back if there is fresh snow and there is still a spot available near you.

A great house in a prime location

A great house with excellent facilities and lots of space.
You can access the slopes directly from the ski cellar, but you don't notice any of the hustle and bustle on the slopes.
The house also offers more than enough space for 2 families.
The landlord and manager are very pleasant and answer questions very quickly.
We are already looking forward to the next trip there.

possibly the best place ever

This review should only be about the accommodation but it needs to be more that that. Our host Arjan was exceptional as was his local team on the ground.
As a group of 7 men youngest 61 and eldest 74 (all still highly competent skiers) we prefer the privacy of our own room. We hired both top and lower apartments and both were exceptional. Well appointed, very comfortable, warm, and we wanted for nothing. The chalet is directly on the piste, ski in and out - this is the shortest ski-in out we have ever had and as a group have been skiing for 25+ years.
The chalet is situated above Kaprun with amazing views. Kaprun is a lovely town with everything you need. The ski area is very well maintained and lifts are very modern and run with high efficiency.
The Austrian people are THE most lovely people. They kick the French and Italians in to the long grass with their excellent friendly and caring approach.
I would highly recommend Chalet an der Piste and kaprun.

Shadia is special and classy

The chalet is elegant and clean, and has all the kitchen supplies. There is a washing machine and dryer available, and even children’s toys are available. The view of the chalet is very wonderful, and the location of the chalet is very special, close to all events. The owner of the chalet is a respectable man and always communicates with us. The chalet is enough for a large family.
