Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved it! The room was clean and the restaurant had great food. We really enjoyed it!

Staff nice quick checkin, sheets very crushed and the base flat sheet was just placed on the mattress so it moved during the night. Shower curtain could do with being replaced. Nice bath towels.

The room is clean but really outdated. The floors and walls are thin. No microwave. Wi-Fi is bad. The heater makes cackling sound. The on-site restaurant closes around 8PM so make sure you plan your dinner accordingly.

I had low expectations for this hotel and was still disappointed. I only booked here out of necessity since there are limited options in the area but room was terrible. Very dirty, mold all over in the shower, they advertised a “kitchen” but only got a mini fridge and coffee maker, no garbage can in the room, missing many of the usual amenities such as a blow drier or microwave, tv didn’t work, the list goes on. For $275 per night this is terribly disappointing

1: Our room had poor WiFi availability.
2: The room had no noise insulation. We could hear the people in the room above walking around, using the toilet and the washbasin / shower. The floorboards creaked. We could hear people in the next room coughing.
3: We had a large room but it was basic - there were no bedside tables or bedside
lights
4: The thermostat did not work. There was a switch to turn heating on or off, so the room was either too hot or too cold.
5: Shower: the handle to open the shower door was broken.
