tower room

Everything was perfect location and view amazing. accees to boardwalk, gas restaurants. Kano restarant also very good

Nice view. Renovation necessary

Superb views hence another 2 stars. First room appeared to be the bed frame broken, air conditioning full of mold and hair in shower well. 2nd room air conditioning still full of mold, beds base worn, so you were in a slide. Screen door folded continuously out of lock. Very noisy. Pitying downstairs neighbors. Poor TV reception. Very low toilet bowl, great shower. Refrigerator and neat coffee maker available. I wouldn't stay in the town again

Disappointment for the classic room

Unlike last year, we took the classic room, as the most luxurious was no longer available. Let’s say that the comfort category room (room we had last year) is far superior to the classic category room (room we had this year). The soundproofing was not great, our neighbour above our room listened to TV until 11:30 in the evening and it was impossible to sleep, because we heard everything as if it was in our room. Besides, we're waiting for people to walk over our heads. For the bathroom, I could compare it to a wardrobe. It is impossible to sit on the toilet if the door is closed, it must be kept open, otherwise the door is in the face. The room has been “plastered” and seriously lacks love. We were disappointed with this type of room. This is clearly not the quality we are used to with Riotel.

Excellent choice in Bonaventure and well located

Recommended by friends, we chose this hotel with a great view of the Bay of Heat and a great sunset!
Comfortable, very clean and well located on Highway 132.
