Only gave 1 tower even though indicated 2 person stay. Should be more attentive.

Unfriendly, loud noise in early morning. Very simple breakfast. Unacceptable at all.

The facilities are new and well done. The in-room QR codes for the robot service do not work(sad because that would have been fun to play with). Water was available at the front desk late night/early morning but no food or snacks could be found. Mei Tuan only had like 4 delivery restaurant and no food availability is bad. Despite this, it was great to have the exec meal and drinks in the afternoon.

I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a good friend. I arrived and I was pleasantly greeted by the experienced and professional personnel, from the concierge to the front desk. I stayed for 4 nights and I must say I enjoyed all. It was a great pleasure after a heavy day to go to the swimming pool and spend a relaxing swim. The meal at the restaurant was good. The breakfast excellent. I only hope that more people occupy the surrounding areas.

The environment is great, the environment is very quiet, super nice, the built-in facilities are very complete, it feels no different from being at home, the sanitation is very clean, it is close to the airport, the front desk is very enthusiastic about the attractions that can be visited, there is a shuttle bus back and forth, super considerate service, get off will still choose
