Wonderful stay – we’ll definitely be back!
We arrived after midnight, and they had thoughtfully left sandwiches and fruit waiting for us in the fridge, which was really appreciated after a long journey.
We stayed all-inclusive and there was always a great selection of food and drinks. The pool was definitely one of our highlights as we both love swimming! The whole hotel was very clean, our room was well looked after and we had fresh towels every day.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The manager was approachable and regularly checked that everything was okay. A special mention to Beata, Vavara, Ali and Sarah, who really stood out and helped make our stay memorable.
Our flight home wasn't until around midnight and, although checkout was at 12pm, the hotel kindly allowed us to keep our room until 7pm. Travelling with a child, this made such a difference and meant we could enjoy our final day comfortably.
As an independent travel agent, I naturally pay attention to the overall guest experience when I travel, and I was genuinely impressed with Adelais Bay.
It's a beautiful, clean and welcoming hotel with lovely staff, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. I would happily recommend it and will definitely return with my family. ❤️

A great hotel, not too be missed
Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. We went half board
The food was very good especially breakfast which had everything all cooked very well. The pool area was spotless with nice back ground music
Not too loud, a very relaxed atmosphere, the pool bar drinks prices were very reasonable and the snacks were also not expensive.
The room was very clean,with a nice bathroom and a spacious balcony over looking the gardens and again very quiet. The location is also brilliant if you want a relaxing quiet holiday, at the bottom of path there's a lovely family run taverna with evening entertainment and a large supermarket which sells everything, a bus stop which will take you to the protaras strip in a few minutes or a 20 min stroll, there's an amazing little beach literally 10 mins walk from the hotel, golden sand and crystal clear water. This hotel is a gem, we shall be definitely returning next year, a big thank you to the manager and the staff for making our holiday so special.

A brilliant Place to Be!
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were fantastic.
From the management and receptionists to the bar attendants, everyone was brilliant, friendly, approachable, and always happy to help.
Their warm and welcoming attitude really made our stay special.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend the Adelais Hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!
