Great place to stay

Great hotel, in a great location, close to public transportation. Very nice and approachable staff. Everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is very complete, with several bread choices, butter, jams, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, eggs, coffee, milk, etc. We would stay again, definitely!

Never again. Showing its age. Too expensive.

We booked the hotel because the pictures promise more. Doesn't look bad on the internet. The room was totally overheated. No air conditioning, just an extremely loud fan. Old-school decor. Bathroom with a shower and a gross shower curtain. Algae in the grout lines. Considered unclean. A film on the windows that was peeling off. Thought that the pane was cracked. No. It was a gross film. No safe. Our room faced the main street and cost 156 euros including breakfast. The parking lot was 15 euros extra. The hotel was completely covered with painter's fleece. It is apparently being renovated in the public areas. That is also impossible. It must be in the description. The breakfast was good. The fresh omelet was very good. The rest was so-so.

Awful hotel! Awful food!!

Unfriendly guy at the desk.
I need to go here 3 times for training.
First time horrible smell in my room.
2nd time someone else hair in my bathroom, light was not working.
3rd time my bathroom was under water when i took a shower, again awful smell, room was not clean. The breakfast is ok but all the other food is so awful. Never ever go there!!!! It’s too expensive for what it is even it looks nice at first sight.

Dear Anonymous,
it is a pitty that you do not have the guts and write your name above your comments. It is always easy to put your negative comments in the internet knowing the hotel cannot fix your unhappines in the past.
It is our main obligation to prepair a pleasant and comfortable time for our guests. To fulfill our engagement, we need to be informed if something does not work to your satisfaction, which you obviously haven't done.
I am shore that we were able to help you with your issues if you had informed us during your stay.
