Just 20 metres from Agios Georgios Beach in Naxos, the family-run George Studios are traditionally built in Cycladic style. They offer self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Several traditional taverns and a mini market are 40 metres away.

Right next to beach

Georges studio was really beautiful, located right next to the beach and very near the harbor/port. There is a handful of beatiful hreek restaurants along the beach strip too. The suite was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend as it is so central to everything.

DON'T GO

We were stranded on another island because the ferry could not leave the port. We contact George Studios staff to request a refund and cancellation of your stay for reasons completely beyond our control. They never gave us an answer, not only the refund, but they stopped responding!! I do not recommend this place, because they are unhuman, and they did not help us with our problem, having surely guests in the same situation, because none could leave the islands, which is also usual because of climate changes. In addition, we were advised on the Island that we were on the refund regulations for these events. We were left adrift, I would never recommend them.

Lovely friendly clean Studios

Lovely Studios - friendly family - rooms cleaned every day overlooks St George Beach and is an easy walk into Chora and there's also lots of restaurants nearby and on the beach. Recommendations for restaurants car hire etc. Still lovely and warm in October️

To be avoided

Attention arrogant, rude person, bordering on scam.
Before you go, check everything carefully because he will surely try to scam you. Then he'll say it's not true, that I didn't even go, that I made a mistake. But I can say that I was scammed, he never sent me the booking confirmation made on the site. And arrogance, insults and threats are part of his vocabulary. Person to avoid.

Lovely seaside hotel

The hotel is located very close to St George beach with a few small tavernas and a laid-back feeling to it.
The hotel itself is small but well-maintainedand equipped. There was a fridge, a cooking stove, a kettle, various dishes & kitchen utensils , a hairdryer and aircon provided. The bathroom was small but its interior was tastefully chosen and very modern whereas the kitchenette had seen better days. However, everything was spotlessly clean and the price for the room/studio was unbeatable.
From the balcony I could see the beach and the small alley in front of the hotel. The location was very quiet and I slept very well.
The port and chora are about 5-7min walk away.
i really enjoyed staying here!
The owner’s aunt who runs the neighbouring hotel, Maria, is a gem! She’s very helpful, has lots of tips and is fun to have a chat with.
It was a bit odd that the owner himsrlf wasn’t there for check-in or checkout — his lovely aunt did that on his behalf.
