No parking available. Minimal breakfast items. Room ceiling fan noisy. People were very nice, helpful & efficient. All night parties...

Very good hotel, well located and maintained with friendly staff and very helpful too.

Very good hotel, well maintained with friendly staff and very helpful too. Room very clean, bed comfortable and good working shower. The food was very tasty, breakfast buffet with good choices. Overall would stay again as, it's well located and it's quite close to main attractions, not far from the Tahj. :) Very happy to be in Agra, India!

Bad experience at Avalon Palms Agra

I booked the hotel seeing the pictures online which were very deceptive . The staff was not in uniform, the kettle in the room didn't work , there was no hot water AND the room door wouldn't lock !! Inspite of that there was no offer to provide for an alternate room which made me pack my bags and leave for another hotel inspite of paying upfront for the room for 2 nights which they refused to refund. Never again...would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE ....ONLY saving grace was the meal we ate in a dingy restaurant in the hotel
