Relaxing oasis
We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return.
Highlights from our visit:
* Service: The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure our stay was perfect. Check-in was smooth, and every request was handled instantly.
* Room Quality: Spotlessly clean, spacious, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Outdoor shower and bath just added that extra!
* Breakfast: Simply outstanding. There was a huge variety of high-quality, fresh options catering to every taste, accompanied by excellent coffee, freshly squeezed juices and teas.
* Gardens: a sanctuary to relax in and enjoy the quiet pool areas.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier experience!

Also, in room 502, there was no bathtub. Ours was the only room in the whole group without a bathtub. There were five or six rooms in total, I don’t remember exactly, but we were the only ones who did not have one.

Still, we sincerely apologise that the delayed dishes on your final evening, particularly the vegetarian meal being served last, left you feeling less well cared for. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Regarding Room 502, we completely understand your disappointment. As we knew you were travelling as part of a group, we made an effort to accommodate everyone within the same area of the village so that you could stay close to one another. Room 502 is within the same room category as the other rooms in your group, although this particular villa does not feature a bathtub. We understand this difference was disappointing, especially since you noticed the other rooms in your group had one.
