I have been a regular customer of the hotel and I see that they have improved it in all aspects, especially the service and attention.

They took very good care of us, excellent food, comfortable and clean room, and the hotel is very nice and close to all the tourist attractions. The new management has definitely made changes to improve the hotel because it was not this good before. Thank you for everything.

Amazing staff and location!

Fantastic hotel! The staff were some of the kindest people we met in Sicily. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect with our stay. Ramona at the front desk was so kind and helpful and spoke perfect English! She was knowledgeable about restaurants in the area, directions to various sites, and was so cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff made excellent coffee and hot chocolate too. The rooms were very comfortable! We had one very minor issue with the shower in our room, but the staff went above and beyond to fix it immediately- within seconds of us telling them, they sent multiple maintenance and cleaning staff members to fix everything and were done within minutes. The hotel is very close to the Valley of the Temples (main historical site in Agrigento) and the main town of Agrigento as well. It was off season when we went, so we weren’t able to swim in the hotel pool, but it looked amazing and I will definitely like to return in summer sometime to swim.
