Perfect stay

The guest room is located in a charming building. The hosts are very nice and really very welcoming.
The room is spacious and contains everything you need.
The site is very well located near a bus stop. Guests can also walk to the historic centre and the tower (15 to 20 minutes).
I really recommend this place.

We greatly appreciated staying in this old, venerable building in Pisa.

Lovely hotel with old history in the walls. Fantastic hosts and good beds. Great with family room with room for 4-5 in good beds. Nice to make coffee in the kitchen and relax in the venerable common room with a book. We had a morning coffee and a delicious backtest at Pasticceria Buselli which is right next door.

Sleep in Pisa

The place is just a home of the count. In the corridors and common rooms the decor is reminiscent of the home of a count. The rooms also keep dated fixtures and flooring. Convenient location about 30 minutes from the center on foot. There is also a communal kitchenette where you can prepare something. In the same building there is a restaurant/pizzeria available. The hospitality is good.

Beautiful historic residence

A truly very beautiful and well-kept historic structure.
Internal parking under the entrance of the structure, very easy access by automatic gate with electronic access code.
Overnight stay for 5 people with double bed + 3 single beds in the mezzanine, en suite bathroom with shower
