Like at home

We thank the staff and its collaborators for their Welcoming, kindness and immediate availability. Clean, comfortable and quiet room... we felt like home. Special thanks for agreeing to stay with our bunnies Simba and Charlotte. Structure that WE FEEL DO RECOMMEND!

Location and welcome ok, but sleepless night due to some tenants

Apart from the apartment, the welcome and cleanliness found all satisfactory, there were problems during the night, in fact yes of 11 pm some tenants of the adjacent apartments made a mess throughout the night. Unfortunately, among shouts of various kinds we spent the night in white, even at about 04 hours from how high the tone of voice held by some individuals we thought there was someone in the room. I don't think we will return and I'm sorry because the apartment is lovely.

Cosy

Nice and well maintained structure.
Staff available both by phone and in person to give you all the information you need. The apartments are different and of different types, the lady at the Reservation was kind enough to show us more than one and made us choose the most suitable solution for us. There are basic studios suitable for 2 people, there are larger studios, with living room and possibility of adding extra beds and then there are real apartments with 1 or 2 double bedrooms. All apartments have a kitchenette equipped with basic equipment and private bathroom. I also found books available, both in the apartment and at the entrance to the hallway. That's great!
For our family we chose a large 2 bedroom apartment, although it cost a little more (of course) and we were glad we did. We were just fine. we found it clean on our arrival and having been for several days, we were often changed towels and sheets.
The reception is open only a few hours in the afternoon to welcome new arrivals, during the evening there is no one, but all the staff is available in case of emergency and soon someone will arrive to help you. I know of a guest who had locked himself out of his apartment and within 20 minutes he sorted it out.
Upon departure we left the keys in the room, the door ajar as per directions and a thank you note for everyone.
We'll be back!

Very poor service and accessibility

Despite letting them know we would be late and being told it was ok then advising again when train strikes delayed us we were not able to check in when we arrived. The next day we went back during the day and the office was not open still. We lost 2 nights accommodation. The signage out the front is poor. It's not easy to find the entrance. Would absolutely not recommend this property!

Literally the worst hotel I've ever been

We stay here with 5 guys in one room so far we only got 3 "clean" towels in the two weeks we already stay here. Our room hasn't been cleaned since arrival which was Sunday 22 may!! (It's now 5 june) we stay here until 11 of June and they promised to finally clean tomorrow. The shower is cold after 2 minutes the internet is 1.23mbps! It's literally impossible to do any work on a computer or any device at all. Also this might be shocking the receptionist lady we've only seen once (at arrival) she also doesn't speak any English at all. Further we called her one night because friends of another room locked them self out accidentally, when we called her we got to hear that she was a night out and that we interupted her. However she made the promise to bring a key (ofcourse she never showed up so we had to sleep with 7 people on one room) two on dirty towels on the floor 2 on a couch and the rest in the beds that didn't got cleaned in two weeks! It's by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed. I can make a whole list or other issues with the appartment. Please don't go here.
