A wonderful week, we felt like family
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness. A special thank you goes to Antonio, always smiling, helpful and ready to give advice or solve any need with great professionalism and friendliness. The other staff members were also exceptional: they helped us carry our suitcases up to the third floor (the hotel does not have an elevator), demonstrating a helpfulness that made us feel welcome right away.
The location is one of the great strengths of the property: the partner beach is located practically in front of the hotel and the sea in Sperlonga is truly splendid. We also really appreciated the possibility of parking in the dedicated areas thanks to the pass provided by the hotel, a significant convenience.
The rooms have always been very clean. The cleaning service was impeccable throughout the entire stay: discreet, punctual, and precise, without ever creating inconvenience or forgetting towels or other details, which unfortunately had happened to us at other properties.
We were also satisfied with the breakfast, with a good selection of products and staff who were always courteous and helpful.
Dinner was one of the most pleasant moments of the day. The chef won us over with meat and fish dishes prepared with care, always different and very tasty, accompanied by excellent desserts. On Friday evening, we had an even more special experience thanks to the live musical accompaniment with a violinist who performed splendid songs from the Neapolitan tradition, creating a truly evocative atmosphere.
During our stay, we celebrated my mother's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised by the gift from the staff, who offered us a bottle of prosecco. It was a simple gesture but full of thoughtfulness, which speaks well to the care that all the staff dedicate to their guests.
What makes this hotel special is not just the location or the quality of the services, but above all the people who work there. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, managing to make us feel warmly welcomed without ever being intrusive.
It was a vacation that we will remember with pleasure and that we sincerely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Sperlonga. We will definitely be back.
