Our relaxing summer
Modern, well-maintained, and clean hotel. It is truly located a stone's throw from the sea, and the huge parking lot in front makes everything even more convenient. The super extraordinary thing is the breakfast/brunch, super rich in every sweet and savory delight, everything is excellent. I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Un caro saluto da tutto lo staff!

Disappointing
The property does not meet the standard parameters for a four-star hotel: the bathroom is tiny and the shower stall is dirty, the air conditioning is so noisy that we were forced to turn it off at night to be able to rest, the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bedspread is in poor taste and has a hole in it. In the small room, there is no chair to use next to the furniture for putting on makeup, given that it is impossible to find space for hygiene and makeup products in the bathroom. The minibar contains only two small bottles of still water. The television is tiny. There is also no welcome sheet with the various services offered and their related costs. Tomorrow we will try breakfast, but a
At the moment the facility is very disappointing.

Gentile Ospite,
Cordiali saluti,
Luigi Valerio.

Optimal solution in Vieste
Very beautiful property in an optimal position for the beaches, for reaching the center on foot in the evening, and near the port for boat excursions.
Room a little small but super functional with a comfortable balcony with a sea view.
Super top breakfast.
Impeccable supervision by the owner, who is always present and always ready to give advice and suggestions.

Very good!
I can only write good things about this hotel located in Vieste in a strategic position, near the center, near the beach, and parking. Let's start with the welcome... excellent and professional. The room was clean with a small terrace overlooking the pool. Comfortable, functional bathroom. Efficient air conditioning. Breakfast is until 12, a brunch that allows you to eat plenty of local products and desserts prepared by the chef. The products are good, some however do not excel in taste but that's okay. A few minor oversights regarding cleanliness (some used water bottles left in the room and in the fridge) and it was too hot in the breakfast room due to the lack of air conditioning. It remains a good property to consider for future vacations in Vieste.
