Convenient location on the Midosuji line, easy access to Osaka destinations. Friendly staff and well maintained hotel. Would stay again next time I visit Osaka, definitely recommended!!

Hotel Chuo Bridge Osaka, a perfect place to unwind and rest away from the busy areas of Osaka!!!!

We’ve been to Osaka many times and finding the best hotel and the right is of utmost important. If you would like to stay near the busy Dotonbori/Namba area they look for this place and if you’re making Osaka as your hub in Kansai while travelling on different prefectures then go for Shin-Osaka which is near JR Shin-Osaka station. We came back from Nagoya and planned to stay a bit in Osaka so we booked for 1 night this perfect, cozy, affordable and homey hotel near Dobutsuen-Mae station - Hotel Chuo Bridge. We booked it via Agoda at just 90 SGD per night for a Superior Twin room at 17 m2 with 2 big single beds what a great deal it is!!! The hotel is just right outside the station and is beside a market and less crowded than Dotonbori area which what we are looking for!!! Check-in was fast and smooth and mind you they allow early check-in which is a big plus for us especially after a long trip and unlike other hotels in Japan!!! The uncle receptionist is also very funny and friendly and speak Good English. Toiletries/Amenities are located across the front desk and you could get your Kettle and Fabric spray here as well. On the left area there is a big space for dining/lockers/kitchenette and coin laundry area where you could have your meals and wash your clothes.
We were booked on the 5F and I loved their hallways were well lit and clean. They have a unique magnetic card where you insert on the door. The room is very big/spacious and clean with a wooden flooring which gives added comfort. The room is vertical - the beds on the right and the toilet on the left upon you enter. Let’s start with the 2 single beds which are bigger than the standard ones and you could also combine together into 1 queen bed. The beds/blanket/pillows are clean, comfy, fluffy and thick enough to warm you from the cold weather outside. Just a bit low but its better than having a small bed. The airconditioning/heating is on the wall at the rightest end and we have a bit of difficulty switching it to heating mode but we managed to get it after a few mins. Heating is a bit difficult to set up at first and it took some time to warm our big room. There is a white study table on the opposite side of the bed with a small TV/black office chair/mini-fridge and wall mirror. Their TV has lots of local channels and sometimes we could see English ones but its just a bit small and WIFI is also fast and smooth. We had our dinner and snacks here at this area of the room and we enjoyed them!!!
Now on the left side of the room is their toilet/sink area. As mentioned they separated the parts of the bathroom into 3 separate spaces. Toilet is first just across the main door - Japanese style and full ventilated. Sink is next with lots of compartments, bright lighting and they provide hair dryer and wall mirror here. And their shower/tub area is on the farthest end with a Japanese style tub and seat on shower. Made of durable plastic in Beige colour it gives warmth and comfort after a tiring day to relax, unwind and chill. We tried their hot tub and its just perfect to fit my whole body at 161 cm. The tub is also easy to fill and drain. Water pressure is strong and heating is perfect. Just like other Japanese hotels they provide complimentary container tubs for body wash and shampoo as well as clean/comfy towels and sleeping robes. We checked out at 10 AM and just like check-in it was fast and smooth. Keep up the Exceptional service provided Hotel Chuo Bridge Osaka its the best place to be if you would like some affordability, comfort & privacy away from the hustle of the busy districts of Osaka!!! Till we book your place again!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!!! Matah neh :=)

I booked a basic room and good enough for an overnight stay. There’s a free toiletries provided by the hotel. Location is close to a metro, surrounded with small restaurant and convenience store. There’s also a big Don Quijote that’s walking distance from the hotel.

Weird Smell in the hotel.
The room was dirty despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned. Duty was in the corners and on the air conditioner. Mold was found in the shower. Shortly after, I got a bacterial infection.
The mattress was thin and the bed was hard. I would feel the spring in the box spring
