Thank you for choosing Hilton Los Cabos for your DayPass experience. We are sincerely sorry that an otherwise enjoyable visit concluded with this concern.
Transparency in every aspect of the guest experience, including the presentation and authorization of gratuities, is an important standard within our resort. Your account of the transaction at the pool restaurant has therefore been referred to our management team for careful review so that the circumstances can be properly established. We are equally troubled that the experience left you feeling that your concerns as a local guest were not accorded the consideration they deserved. That perception is wholly at odds with the gracious and respectful hospitality we intend every guest to encounter at Hilton Los Cabos.

An Unforgettable Stay — Everything Was Perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was incredible. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire resort felt elegant, relaxing, and special.
The views are breathtaking, the beach is gorgeous, and the location couldn’t be better. Every part of our experience—from the accommodations to the restaurants, the pools, and the wonderful service—was perfect.
We came to Los Cabos hoping for a memorable family vacation, and this resort made it even more special than we imagined. We left with wonderful memories and already can’t wait to come back.

Thank you for choosing Hilton Los Cabos for your getaway. There is something wonderfully restorative about this resort, from sweeping Sea of Cortez views and refreshing pools to inspired cuisine, warm hospitality and an eforea Spa designed entirely around renewal.
Your praise for Dina is exceptional, and we will be delighted to share it with her. Two treatments and “the best massages of my life” is quite a testament to the care and skill she brings to her work.
