Great price

This hotel is a little bit outside of the city center but I chose it because of the view over the city and the proximity to San Pedro train station
The rooms are on the smaller side, but decent. Being 2 guys sharing a double bed, we didn't have any problems. The room was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep in the comfy bed.. The bathroom is basic, but has a hot shower. So for the price it was amazing. There is breakfast included on the roof terrace. We only enjoyed it once since we went on a daytrip to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. The roof terrace has a great view over the city
The staf was always helpfull, the have a luggage room if you need to store your lugage after check out.

Horrible experience - run away!

First, I want it to be known that THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS THEY SHOW THEM IN THE PHOTOS.
The rooms are freezing, with no hot water in the sink and barely lukewarm water in the shower depending on the time of day. How can you not have hot water when Cusco is FREEZING!!! On top of that, the window is made of wood with zero insulation, and the cold was coming in from outside.
The bathroom had a violet light that didn't illuminate anything. The bed had a sunken mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. The floor is carpeted, NOT parquet as they show in the photos and lie about on Booking. The Wi-Fi does not work. I had to burn through all my data because every time I connected it, it told me no internet.
You can hear EVERYTHING from outside. First I asked for a room change because I could hear all the noises from everyone, including those from reception, but it is quite similar in all the rooms. It is RIGHT NEXT to a party hall that blasts music every night. The location is far from everything, it is in a complicated neighborhood to say the least, and it is difficult to walk to the center.
The only way to sleep is by paying extra for the heater (15 soles a night) and buying earplugs. But with that difference you can go somewhere else.
Breakfast is technically served at 6, but you arrive at 6 and it is still not ready, so it is difficult to have breakfast before they pick you up for excursions (which they always pick you up early for!)
All of this is a shame because the staff is very, very friendly. But in terms of facilities, it leaves a lot to be desired.
I left this hotel early and lost the money for the reservation for the last two nights because I really could not stand even one more day there. I told them it was because of the altitude so as not to cause a scene, but the reality is that I went to another hotel with hot water and heating, which I think is the BARE MINIMUM for a city 3400m above sea level with very low temperatures!!!!

Nice rooms wit good breakfast but not well room service.

The room was fine with a good bathroom. Thee breakfast was good with bread, joghurt, fruits, coffee and eggs if you wish.
But I don't like if the bedlinen is every day stucked under the mattress! When I came back, I had to prepare again the bed. Therefore i can recommend only three stars instead of five stars.

Photographic deception

Photos of the advertising are misleading.
The hotel is very austere, the bulbs in the room damaged, the bathroom had to be ordered soap, toilet paper and towels.
Only very attentive staff are saved.
Nice resection but very uncomfortable breakfast area as well as very little breakfast and nothing to choose from

Very goodmm

Amazing!!! All amazing and the coffee very goodmmm, really great!!! Mary and Alison are amazing professionals and very boasss!!! I loved the care of them and the reception too, I loved it very much, I recommend it to anyone because it is very good
