Regrettable.

When we arrived we found that the elevator was broken and we were informed that if it didn't. It had been like that for days and there are no other elevators. The room was on the second floor and we had to carry all the suitcases up two floors.
We entered the room and the views are of a construction roof. And to top it off, when we opened the closet, the door fell on us. Regrettable.

Elevator not working, and zero assistance available. No pre-advice of this fact, and with two of four guests being mobility-impaired, this caused significant problems.

Good though it was very bad weather

Good hotel, spacious rooms. Restaurant pretty good, full breakfast buffet. It has gardens, church, everything inside a complex.
