A charming two-star hotel
We loved it. It is an old century-old mill converted into a charming little hotel. It has an indoor pool that we enjoyed and a spa that I am not sure was open. The oil museum only opens with scheduled visits, but we were able to see it and enjoyed the different systems of pressing olives and obtaining oil. The dinner was good and the breakfast was too. In front of the hotel, there is an educational walkway with a botanical garden featuring three types of local plants. We loved it.

The experience 100% attention the facilities everything we leave full of very good memories will definitely return

NEFARIOUS RESTAURANT
Restaurant El Molí de L'Heure the worst dining experience we've ever had!! Menu 33 € with three starters: salad, croquettes and sausages of the area, main course and dessert to choose. The passable salad, the croquettes a kind of bad empanadillas go you know what, the cold meats of the chorizo area, sausage and ham package at € 1, main course call it hake but that was worse than the panga, dry and without flavor and the chocolate coulant is better that of the Mermaid (specialist in frozen). For 10 € we eat better at the McDonald. A HOAX EVERYTHING.

If you can, choose another option for your stay.
A very nice space that has a big investment (surely public) with a management that is not up to scratch. 2 night stay without room service (bathroom cleaning or make bed), we had 5 rooms, they didn't make one.
Breakfasts at 10 degrees...the clerk with anorak preparing the table and looking at me with a surprised face. I tell him it is cold, to this he replies "You know what heating is worth" (no comments)
Very fair breakfast.
Frankly bad treatment and nothing empathetic, it is a shame, it is an administrative concession that harms the people of Rafales.

NOT RECOMMENDED UNTIL THEY CHANGE OWNERSHIP
I DO NOT RECOMMEND it as long as CAROL remains in charge (the owner) is terrible at running the business and has discriminatory treatment towards customers!!!
We stayed five days a group of 16 people and the experience was disappointing, especially for the management. We booked breakfasts and previously agreed with the owner who would also give us dinner. From day one the problems began: we ordered in advance 10 burgers, a cannelloni of bulltail, a carpaccio and 4 crêpes to not saturate the kitchen. The burgers were microwaved, dry and inedible. The worst part was that the crêpes took more than an hour to come out and were served when the rest had already finished.
In expressing our complaint, the owner not only did not apologize, but reacted high-handedly, blaming us and refusing to offer us dinners the following days, even though we had already agreed with her.
Breakfasts, which were included and paid for, were equally regrettable: a croissant and four toasts to share, coffee and juice. No fruit, no sausage, no salty options. The next day, we were given hard bread from the day before while other tables were served fresh bread. When we ordered something salty, we were told it had an extra cost. To our surprise that day the other guests had fresh bread and the treatment towards them was completely different compared to that given to us. The next few days due to everyone's complaints I was putting different things like fruit, yogurts or sliced cheese.
As if that were not enough, one night some comrades returned at 1:30 and found the hotel door padlocked. Upon waking the owner, she reacted aggressively and as a reprisal delayed breakfast the next day, serving the rest of the guests at 9:00 and leaving us waiting until 9:30.
It is a real shame because the hotel itself is fine and the location is good, but the attitude of the owner completely ruins the experience. Arrogant management, total lack of professionalism and unacceptable treatment of customers. We will not return or recommend it while it remains in the hands of this person.
