Beautiful history.

wonderful re-purpose of old ancient timbers and ambience. Such good choices of furniture. Imaginative and successful design of Davis House. Spotless and comfortable. Lots of interesting living spaces. Kitchen and food supplies are ideal

Love this place so much!
Got the Sir Chester Manifold Suite. Luxurious unit well equipped with everything you need for weekend gateway or gathering here. 2 bedrooms with huge bathrooms and bathtub, spacious living room and balcony.
This is a small town where you can escape from the busy city for tranquility.

Great place to stay

I stayed at The Vicarage suite at Camperdown Mill. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by Narelle who was most helpful. The whole facility was clean and tidy. Lots of thought had gone into preserving some original features of the Mill. My suite had a spiral staircase and blue lead lined windows. The bed was comfortable and spa bath excellent. I do hope I get to visit again and have no hesitation recommending this facility.

What a Gem! A lovely historical place to stay and explore this unique and beautiful region

A lovely find! A beautifully restored and maintained property with welcoming staff. Our room was cosy, nicely decorated, very clean and had a great open plan with relaxing spa, recliners, complimentary continental breakfast & the best compendium on the area we have seen on local businesses, activities, history, walks, drives & local fauna and flora. Located centrally so walking distance to everything in Camperdown. Each of the rooms are named after founders of the area and are very reasonably priced. We will be back to check out the others and enjoy some more exploring

Thank you for your wonderful review Sandra. I must admit the compendium was a labour of love for me and I only finished them recently. But in saying "finished" them, I think they will be an ongoing, forever changing information guide, hoping to give some light to the beauty that surrounds us here in Camperdown.

Terrific place to stay.

We had 3 nights in the Purrumbete Gatehouse Suite. It is gorgeous. Asian inspired design. Lovely leather lounge furniture and very comfortable bed. Spacious kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Welcoming friendly receptionist. Thankyou!
