ONE establishment ideally located, which offers comfortable and pristine rooms. Prices are in accordance (expensive).

Lovely hotel in Lorne with a great restarant on site

We only spent 1 night at this hotel in Lorne, but we did appreciate the very central location and friendly staff. We got a voucher for a free drink at the bar too, which was a nice touch.
Our room was large, comfy and very quiet. The hotel hosts Totti's, an impressive Italian restaurant we tried that night. I would highly recommend it, given the great food it serves and its convenience, being within the hotel.
Overall a great experience.

Gorgeous but not ideal

We booked the cheapest room for two for a night. It was a beautiful room and bathroom, nice little balcony and good resources. TV worked fine, shampoo soap etc was good and it even had a coffee machine with complimentary coffee. They gave us a couple drinks on the house too which was nice. However, the food at the hotel was pretty mid, and when we checked in they took an additional $100 from us and told us we’d get it back the next day. It’s been a few days now and still the money hasn’t been returned. We loved the stay other than the food and the money. It was pretty but I don’t think worth it. We’d have returned if we didn’t have to chase up our own money.

Terrible!!

After we got home, I got a charge to my CC for a $60 bottle of wine !!! I DO NOT drink $60 bottles of wine in hotels. I questioned the charge and received no response from the hotel , The accomodation in this hotel is just a side hustle for the bars of the hotel. There is no checkin or checkout management - just go to the very busy public bar to find out what room you have been allocated. We stayed in the most expensive room at the hotel ( Executive Suite) for 3 days - it was terrible

Do not be tipping before service

We ordered from the mobile app. They ask for a tip before the service on the app. You already ordered the meal yourself?? The food came out but the drinks didn’t. I went to the bar and got them myself. Tip already given and surcharged gst. Something isn’t right. How can you tip before you receive service? Advise do not tip until your served.
