Amazed

Simply amazed at how good it was to stay here. All the staff we met were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Food was great, and they have breakfast with proper coffee from a French barista. The cabin was quiet, comfortable and clean. The internet worked very well, I was able to stream a live football match. We will be back.

Great base for a Lake Eyre visit

Great stopover - a great place to base myself for a scenic flight over Lake Eyre with Arid Air - right next door. Thanks for the hospitality!

Marree, Kati Thanda and Ochre Pit are worth a 2000km drive.

Deadset, it was a mind-blowing experience. The wonderful treatment we got from Maria, in particular, and Tekin. We chose a cabin for the ensuite facility which was great. The meals were tops, couldn't fault it. My wife and I took two flights, the north-south one and the east-west one in the one day. I must say I was surprised at Maria's surprisingly pleasant and warm reaction when she became aware of the fact that we took two flights in the one day. She told us about the Ochre Pit on Farina Station and made sure we were aware of them and how awe-inspiring they are. She forgot tell us how extensive they are. There are no words to describe how beautiful they are and we are so happy we visited. Thankyou Maria. Gwenda and Gerry Burke, Wauchope. NSW

Enjoyable experience

The Manager & staff couldn't do enough for us, making it a very happy experience.
Food was good for pub food.
Rooms okay for what you pay for, but are due for an update.
Great having a pool in the outback!

A great place to stay

We stayed two nights in the Marree Hotel and thought it was great. The staff were really friendly and engaging. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The meals were generous. We would certainly stay there again next time we travel through Marree.
