Everything is great.
Very tasty dishes.
Rooms are very clean and well-kept.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The buffet is excellent.

You come as a guest and go as a friend!
The rooms are neatly maintained, clean and equipped (in case of a balcony what we had) in a nice view over the village and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom, with bathtub, was neatly clean and amply equipped with linen. The mattresses sleep fine, the pillows may be a bit too thin for some but even there I dare to guarantee that the guest will be provided.
The kitchen was also top! The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone, both cold and hot. It is also possible to choose from a selection of dishes for the evening meal. This one certainly does not disappoint! Wonderfully prepared and fine portions where the attentive attitude of the family strikes us. Special wishes are also taken with all love. More on that later.
The hotel is in a quiet location. Dawn is sounded by birdsong and the cows and chickens of the adjacent farms. (Certainly not bothersome with the windows closed.) The road to it is as you expect in Austria: a nice climb with hairpin bends. There are plenty of activities to do both in the village and in the area. From several brisk walks and a nearby viewing platform, to various museums in the village and in the region but also activities such as rafting are possible nearby. Also for a day trip to Switzerland or Italy from Austria, this location is ideal. Within an hour you drive across the border through one of the Austrian narrow mountain passes. The family is also happy to help by presenting some local tips for those who are interested.
That brings me to the atmosphere their commitment: ‘you come as a guest and go as a friend’. That is the feeling we have gained from it. When indicating that we would return late from an excursion day we were offered to serve food in the room. Upon returning we found a very rich shelf with all kinds of local delicacies in the hotel room. A few days later, a tip followed that so-called ‘the neighbor across the street’ provides riding lessons. One thing leads to another and so on the last, closing evening you are talking to several residents of the village and dancing at an organized dance evening. The feeling of belonging and being appreciated is enormous and magnificent.
For everyone I can only recommend this stay!
