You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Messe Congress, Museum der Wahrnehmung and Jakominiplatz.At the hotel Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone. You won’t have to leave your pet at home as they are allowed. There are other services available for the guests of the hotel. For example, a laundry and ironing. Modern and tidy apartment in a quiet residential area
There is a Nespresso machine in the room and capsules ready to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning - very considerate. Also the owner had kindly equipped the room with lots of brochures on Graz and its surroundings so there was no need to go to the tourist information downtown.
The house located in a quiet residential area about three kilometers from the centre. We had a car so for us the location was fine.
The only problem we encountered had to do with the lack of air-conditioning. I am normally not keen to use air-con but during the time of our visit the temperatures were 30 C and above and even with the windows open at night it was too hot to sleep. Perhaps the heat had also affected the old lady in the neighboring house: when I had a shower on Saturday night at 10.30 pm she started yelling on her balcony how we would have to close the window while showering because otherwise she could sleep…I wonder what she would have done if we had played music or watched TV?! LOL!
In any case at the end of our visit we felt we got good value for the money - even if adding an extra 50 EUR on top of the room charge for cleaning did seem to us rather high…!
