Perfect Apartment for 6-8 people

Fantastic property, with a high quality finish throughout. Very clean and well furnished from top to bottom and a great living space - something we don't get with hotel accommodation. Great location, just a 5 minute stroll into Kitzbuhel town centre and a few minutes more to the main gondola up to the best skiing we've ever experienced.

Large, modern, well-located apartment

We rented the upper floor (8 person) apartment which has been recently renovated in modern style and new appliances. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom on top floor has plenty of storage space (cabinets, drawers) and sleeps 2. 2nd bedroom on top floor has a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2, plus a normal bed for 2. a large shower and sink for 2 persons in in between these two bedrooms. 3rd bedroom on 1st floor also sleeps 2 and has ensuite bathroom. There are two separate toilets on both floors. A large living room has a long wooden dining table that can easily seat 15 persons, plus an L-shaped sofa with TV. The open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining table and sofa and well equipped.
The villa is located almost next to the main train station, within a 3 min walk to the Hornbahn ski lift, a 5 min walk to the center of the village and a 10 min walk to the larger Hahnnenkam ski lift. You can catch the shuttle bus that circulates around the village. Although the train tracks run in front of the villa, you will rarely and barely hear any of the trains (even at night).
The villa is well heated and sound insulated.
There is good high-speed wifi available for free. There is space for 3 cars to be parked in front of / next to the house, but once a week the cleaning crew will ask you to move one car somewhere else early in the morning so they can park in front of the house.
There is plenty of parking at the Hahnnenkam ski lift and costs around EUR 7.50 per day.
Good apres-ski action in the middle of the village.
Kitzbühel is a charming little village and the quality of skiing is excellent, even when there is no snowfall.
For ski/snowboard lessons we recommend Element3 instead of Rote Teufel (due to poor front desk customer service attitude). For equipment rental we recommend Element3 instead of Intersport franchise located under the Hahnenkam lift station (also due to better staff attitude).

Een heerlijk ruim vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien !!

Een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We zaten op de boven twee verdiepingen met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het is een ruim huis dat goed centraal ligt. Binnen 10 min lopen ben je in het dorpscentrum of de kabelbanen.
Jammer dat er niet veel uitzicht is en de weg wel wat lawaai maakt.

Прекрасный отдых в Австрии

Арендовали эту виллу для компании из пяти взрослых. Нам понравилось все! Три спальни и кухня с полным комплектом оборудования. Внутри тепло. Достаточно свежая мебель. Занимает весь первый этаж. Хозяева живут на втором этаже. Вход отдельный. Есть место для парковки авто. От дома до подъемника Hornbahn всего 200 метров! Очень удобное расположение. Цена 2000 за неделю. Плюс налог и плата за уборку ~160 €. Вся компания осталась очень довольна отдыхом!
