This was our second time staying at Willing hotel and we are very happy with everything.

A decent hotel with a great location. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The towels were old and worn out, which was disappointing. Also, the room only came with one bottle of water, which seems like an unnecessary place to cut corners. Overall, the stay was fine, but these small details would make a noticeable difference.

Shed for the price of a palace

We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights per family because there is no family room with 2 double beds. They paid 51,160 Russian rubles (without breakfast), which even at Moscow prices is not small. But I don't mind the high price for high service. It's not like that. The rooms are tired, all shabby. No bathrobes, no ear sticks, no sewing kit, no safe. Gym for a price, no spa, no swimming pool. I didn't take breakfast, by the way, because I already stayed here two years ago and breakfast was nothing on baby tiny plates. Then at least there was a robe in the room... PS noticed that the robe is offered for a fee - 26 Belarusian rubles. What a shame...

Cute hotel in Minsk without any excess

This is the case when the facade looks better than the contents. Actually, the hotel is fine. Only in our case, the room cleaning was mediocre. We had breakfast at the hotel once for a morning tour, I can't say I was impressed. It's when food is just a furnace for metabolism, not something delicious.
The nearest subway station is quite a long way, 15 minutes. We lined the road there once, then took a cab. Basically, with Yandex taxis, it's quite affordable. A street with cafes and bars is close to the hotel. The nearest cafe, where you can eat for 7-10 minutes. But the food there is almost everywhere divine. Only in winter it's lazy to go back and forth. I had to think about lunch/dinner at the Centre before I went back to the hotel.
