Delicious soup, friendly hosts, nice sauna and open fire.

We stayed one night. We were welcomed to an open fire in a cosy lounge area, had a great sauna and a swim in the small indoor pool, before enjoying a very nice meal - the soup was exceptional. The area is good for walking and biking. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.
The room we had was basic, not luxury, but comfortable. The small pool has a swim-jet system installed, but it wasn't working yet due to a previous maintenance problem. I'm sure it will be great, once that is working.
There are building improvements/renovations underway. However, they don't appear get in the way of, or disturb, the guests.
Recommendations:
For the sauna, make sure you start the heating at least 20 mins before taking the sauna. For the pool, if you are a swimmer, check the swim-jet is operational.

Excellent B&B in Bastogne

We spent an afternoon, evening and the next morning in the area. This property was a great place...large room, well appointed with a private bath and spacious shower! Our hosts were so friendly, breakfast with another couple and their son was a delight. The food was great... pastries, preserves, home made yogurt and fruit, eggs made to order and conversation we truly enjoyed! Isabelle gave us tips for dinner in Bastogne, seeing the sights and we shared our stories of life in the US. We would recommend it to others. The B & B is up to date and the owners’ attention to detail is evident throughout (art, furnishings, fixtures)

Gastvij en goed verzorgd

Je verblijft bij twee vriendelijke mensen. Je wordt er gastvrij ontvangen. De accomodatie is er goed. Bedden zijn niet te zacht, maar ook niet te hard.
We waren hier om als uitvalbasis te dienen voor wandelingen in het gebied van de Ourthe en de Laval. Na iedere wandeldag was het goed om weer bij te komen in de IR-sauna. Het eten is goed: geen menu, maar gewoon wat ermet verl liefde en smaak is klaargemaakt.

Chaleureux, accueil top

On avait réserver chez Maison Jules à la dernière minute et ils nous ont très bien accueillis. On se sentait directement à la maison. On a adoré cette maison. Très chaleureuse. La chambre était propre et on a eu un bon petit déjeuner. Les yaourts maison étaient super bon. On le recommande et à refaire.

Détente et convivialité

Superbe endroit.
Couple très accueillant et adorable.
Table d hôte au top,très bon repas .
Espace détente privé.
Chambre impeccable.
Nous y reviendrons en famille.
Nous avons passes un très bon séjour.
