A luxurious airbnb with the kindest owner

We stayed in this airbnb for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room looks beautiful and feels luxurious because everything has been thought out beforehand. The owner gave us tips on where to eat, supplied us with extra pillows and made sure our luggage was stored securely on the day when we left.
But if you have any restrictions with movement, make sure you get the room in the first floor. The stairs are ancient and very narrow, so I wouldn’t want my elderly parents on the second floor.

We will definitely be back!!

Upstairs is a big 10 for us. We return to Antwerp every year for a weekend of fun. This year for the first time in “Upstairs”But sleeping in Upstairs is great. Everything is right, we slept in the room Josephine, super nice, clean room and bathroom. Lovely bed, nice sheets, not to mention the most friendly Maarten... a thick 10

Exceptional customer service !

I had initially booked a room at this beautiful hotel, but due to a change in plans, I needed to cancel. Maarten was incredibly attentive and accommodating, handling the cancellation and refund with great professionalism.
I look forward to staying here in the future when I come back to Antwerp.

Beautiful surprise

In a beautiful renovated building, 7-8 minutes walk from the center of Antwerp. Very comfortable apartment, very large bathroom, everything clean and tidy. The Maarten manager is available for any eventuality or request both over the phone and in attendance. Absolutely honest price. If we happen again in Antwerp we will come back here

3 night stay

Stayed here for 3 nights during our cycling holiday. Very easy to find when we got into the city. This was absolutely the best accommodation of our holiday. Maarten our host was most helpful and informative of everything available to us. Our room was fabulous, clean and of a very high standard. We loved it. A lovely walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was really comfy. There was a very pretty sitting room with a fridge where we could store our water and wine which was ideal as the weather was really hot. There was a supermarket across the road for supplies and the city centre was just a short walk away. We also did a city cycle tour which was great. Lots of bars and restaurants in the centre. We would recommend Upstairs and we would definitely book again if we were in the area
