Hotel safe and very well located!

The Hotel Belém Soft is a Classic, on Avenida Brás de Aguiar, which is super charming, with shops, bars and many options. The hotel is close to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth, which is an extra attraction. Air conditioning perfect for the warm paraense. Breakfast with good options: fruits, eggs, breads, cakes, tapioca mingau, cuscuz, cheeses and good breads. The most important: Safe hotel, dedicated and attentive staff. Certainly, a pleasant accommodation!

Reasonable

Good coffee, but repeatable. The cleanliness of the rooms left nothing to be desired. I had to request the cleaning after 4 days of stay and still when returning to the hotel last day, the same was without the cleaning. I hope the Hotel will review this concept of cleaning and hygienizing the rooms, as it is of extreme importance, especially after a change of guest.

A misleading offer that gets you in trouble!

The TV was not channeling anything at all. Worse, the staff knew it in advance and led customers to book the hotel at regular rates, as if everything was working perfectly. Much worse yet, the power was shutt down in the outlets during the whole night (there were no tricks, like inserting the card to have power in the room), DISCHARGING both my phone and laptop. I fortunately woke up in time without my phone ringing and did not check its battery. Later on, 5 minutes before leaving the hotel, I found out I had 1% battery left and was not able to call a car. Already at the airport, I found out the same had happened to my laptop, what stopped me from getting my work done.

Good and well located

One strength of this hotel is its location. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience shops, pharmacies, bars, etc. in the vicinity of the hotel, in addition to the proximity to the tourist sights of the paraense capital. Accommodations are simple, basic, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is full, with a variety of options.

Reasonable with reservations

We went to Bethlehem in a week when almost every hotel was crowded. I made the Reservation by the message app and was very well served. Negatives: cleaning really is not the strength of the hotel, I had to order clean bedding when entering the room, had hair and scent of perfume on sheets and blades, very boring and unpleasant. The bed linen and bathrobes are dirty and the rooms are not clean the way they should be. The air conditioning is good and room wide, good electric shower. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need. The most positive point of the whole story is super privileged location. If you stay, pay attention to the cleaning of the bed and bedroom.
