Flying visit

We arrived at about 10pm from the pantanal and our flight was about 5am.
However this was a glorious stay. We had been in the sticks and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. We ate our way through the mini bar and then proceeded to de-grub ourselves. Huge shower. Giant jacuzzi. Loads of room. Air con.
(The only improvement would be that it would be useful to have written details about ordering taxis. We were assured that we would have no problems in the wee hours but the taxi did take about 15 mins to arrive and we sid start to get worried that we werent understood)

INFLEXIBILITY, GREED, OR???

I made the reservation through Expedia, unfortunately I got the date wrong, I booked from 21/03 to 22/03, in reality it would be from 20/03 to 21/03, I made 2 reservations, for myself and a friend, I paid for both… upon arrival we found out the error, they said they couldn't change the dates, I paid for both bookings and counter fees;
I contacted Expedia, which made three attempts with the reservations department in order to cancel both cases, reporting what had happened so that I could be reimbursed... The hotel, aware of all the facts, DID NOT MAKE CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS!!!!!

Simple but very good

It is a 3-star hotel, but very functional to stay in Cuiabá
All the staff were very attentive, the breakfast was good, the room was good and well located in the city.
It was worth the stay because Cuiabá is very close to Chapada dos Guimarães, an unmissable place.

Worst than expected

Think about a place expensive but very noise at room number 401 to 4011. Close to street gas of bus, horn od cars and polution. The shower in the morning dont support a bath. Dont have water. Umbeliavable. Don't have nothing in the room as we gonna run in tje midle of night. Towels hard and in the bedroom not bathroom ...????.... i don't know why.. bo way to use out let under desk. Don't worth the price and evaluation ...Ibis much better. Sorry

Great Hotel for Pantanal visits

We were at the Hotel Roari overnight, to connect with our Pantanal tour guide the next morning. We had a triple room (queen and single). The room was very clean, and bathroom very modern. AC and internet worked great. Breakfast was also good. We did have some noise from the road, and the night we were there (a Monday), it turned out many of the restaurants were closed - the only one we found open was a pizza place.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
