Very bad and old hotel.

Bad experience. Old hotel, dirty, no maintenance, with a mould smell and with infiltration. 1 Elevator was under maintenance and stopped.
Morning coffee very weak. I do not recommend.

Old hotel and no maintenance.

Old hotel, with infiltration in the hallways and dropling on the floor, breakfast is not good, room with rusted fridge, bathroom mirror all stained and oxidized., box with yellowed tiles for dirt.
Parking, elevator lobby and some floors smell moldy.
Elevators take a long time to arrive.
Finally, it does not match the description or the 4 star rating.
Positive point is the location and the reception which was very attentive.

Maceió is well worth the trip. This hotel, not necessarily.

This was my first visit to Maceió, and a single stroll along its stunning coastline is enough to understand why the city enjoys such an excellent reputation. The hotel, unfortunately, proved rather less inspiring.
Credit where it is due. The location is excellent, the front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, and the shower deserves an honourable mention. Quite simply, it ranks among the finest I have encountered in years of travelling.
And, regrettably, that is where the good news comes to an end.
The room itself is spacious and well designed but has clearly been neglected in terms of maintenance and housekeeping. Mould had established itself throughout the room with the quiet confidence of a long-term resident. The bath towels, meanwhile, appeared to have reached retirement some time ago, although no one had thought to inform them.
The public areas are well maintained, a contrast that only serves to highlight the condition of the guest rooms. The bathroom floor, for instance, greeted me with stains and even shoe prints already waiting upon my arrival. Had they been mine, it would merely have been unfortunate; belonging to previous guests, they became a rather eloquent commentary on the hotel’s housekeeping standards.
Breakfast offers a reasonable selection, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The layout and organisation, however, seem to have been designed less for efficiency than as a gentle exercise in patience.
In the end, this is a hotel that possesses every ingredient required for an enjoyable stay, yet appears remarkably determined to waste those advantages.
I would not recommend it.

Mofo, dirt, awful facilities.

Extremely disappointing. The facilities of the bedroom and bathrooms are in poor condition of maintenance and hygiene.
The biggest problem is the absurd amount of mold spread through the environment, which poses a serious risk to respiratory health.
To make it worse, the situation in the bathroom is deplorable.
The corners of the box and the frests accumulate dirt and chronic mud, the floor of the box is covered, in addition to the wooden door bump itself show signs of wear and rot due to poorly managed moisture.
A hotel that bears the Intercity flag should appreciate the minimum of comfort and health.
I do not recommend the stay.
