Extremely disrespectful care, I do not recommend to anyone

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Elo in Maringá. I made two bookings by Booking on 06/11/2025, with entry on 07/11 and departure on 09/11, for two adults. At the time of booking there were two options: one of R$ 207,00, without breakfast, and another of R$ 225,00, with coffee included. I chose the R$ 225,00 just for that. Upon arriving at the hotel, at around 9:20, exhausted from the trip, I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was not included. When trying to clarify the situation and show the reservation, the attendant replied that I would cancel my stay and that I should look for another hotel. I was extremely embarrassed and disappointed. The service was poorly educated, disrespectful and totally out of the standard expected of a hotel establishment. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Bad experience

We couldn't even get in for lodging!
Bad service at the reception, rude and lack of education. The messy hotel saigon. When I questioned if the room was ok and clean, I was verbally assaulted and then refused our reservation. Unfortunately we had to search for another hotel in a hurry to take my children to sleep.

HO RRO RO SO!! FUJAM !!

Horrible hotel, disgusting, dirty, poorly educated staff, hotel in bad situation, broken discharge, dirty towel and didn't want to change, better sleep on the street! Do not cancel your cost, pure blow, Mattress looks gelatin of so rotten that it is.

Worst hotel experience of my life

We arrived at the hotel on the previously agreed time and they simply had passed our reservation to someone else without warning us.
We complained, rightly, and were treated by the reception as criminals, having been denied our reservation in the only room that was available in the whole city. We had to look for accommodation in the neighboring town, Marialva.
This hotel is a police case and given the experience of all other guests, should be closed.

If they refused to host me
On Saturday 07/12/24 I arrived early at the hotel reception, with the reservation made (I made the reservation by booking)! They said that the check-in was only at 15h, I understood and asked to save my suitcase.. and go for a walk around the city.
I returned to the hotel close to the check-in time and at the time of the payment, I asked the attendant if they were paying, because the booking contains the information that they are paying up to 3x, and the attendant grossly said that no! so I replied that the booking had this information, that then the booking was doing deceptive advertising, but that he understood the policy, that he would pay in debt, the same attendant, without any preparation for attendance, again poorly polite said that they did not do deceptive advertising, and that they would not do my check-in and sent me away!
other people I met in the city tb spoke very bad about the hotel, service and conditions, including people from the trade around.
I mean, I ended up in luck
