Place was clean and it was ready for us when we got there . the staff was amazing when every we asked for anything. They were right there with it. We would definitely stay there again. Lots of available parking. Felt very safe.

Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It started the second we arrived. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional when we asked about an early check-in. I had called all the way back in May specifically to request one. I understand that early check-in may not be guaranteed, but there was absolutely no reason for the attitude or the way we were spoken to. Then we got to our room and were immediately hit with a horrible smell that genuinely smelled like cat urine. As if that wasn’t bad enough, our blankets were dirty. We asked the front desk for clean ones and were told they had ONE extra blanket. One. For an entire hotel. How does a hotel not have enough clean bedding available for its guests? The entire property is extremely run down and desperately needs repairs, maintenance, and a serious improvement in cleanliness. Between the disgusting smell, dirty bedding, lack of basic supplies, and awful customer service, there was genuinely nothing enjoyable about this stay. For a place that charges people money to sleep there, having a clean room and clean bedding should be the absolute bare minimum.
Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. We definitely will not be returning.

Horrible

Stay away. I am a reasonable person and try to leave objective opinions. Upon arriving in our room, it had the odor of old cigarette smoke. Not good. The draw for us to try this hotel was the free breakfast! I was excited to see the choice the next morning but bread was the only option. I am not able to eat bread. For almost $200.00, this is, frankly, disgusting. To advertise a free breakfast is nothing short of deplorable. Go to the Comfort Inn down the road instead, It is updated and clean and their free breakfast includes bacon, sausages, eggs, waffles, hash browns , yogurt, fresh fruit and, lastly, bread.

Staff were great.
My room had a broken security lock, a toilet that wobbled , a spongy floor in the tub and the air conditioner button was broken so you couldn’t take it off fan.
I guess you get what you pay for, but I can’t see myself staying there again.

I checked in on Saturday around 7-8 pm check in agent was friendly, my room was dirty, smelled like someone had smoked a cigarette. I left the hotel immediately and called front desk and requested a refund. I advised that I would not be staying at the hotel based on the conditions of the room and property. Front desk said they would process a refund
