The Cloud Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Hangzhou will find that the Cloud Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 10km from Hangzhou Railway Station and 36km from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. This hotel is located near many of Hangzhou's attractions including West Lake, Nine Creeks in the Misty Forest and Bayberry Ridge. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet, staff is great and very helpful. However, I need to write a review that will help other foreigners that want to stay here. This hotel is in the middle of a village and very far away from the city!!!! If you want to go out, eat foreign food or have easy access to places, do not stay here! This place is only convenient if you want to see the attractions around the village, and you want a quiet and peaceful vacation far away from the city. It is almost impossible to get to the city center, just getting out of the village took us around 45 minutes each time. It is possible to walk, but note that it’s more than 4km to West Lake, so it’s not very convenient. There is also traffic control at certain times, so car hailing is not even possible. You would have to walk/take a bus/find a random taxi. There aren’t enough foreign friendly food options around, but Meituan works, it will take them more than an hour to deliver, but they will. I can’t imagine any foreigner that doesn’t already live in China managing to arrange all of those things on their own. Note that there are no pharmacies in the village, so you would have to order any medicine if needed.
That being said, we embraced the quiet and tranquil vacation, even though it wasn’t planned that way (I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Trip to be 1km walk from West Lake). I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and nice, even though I imagine it was difficult handling two demanding foreigners 😅 all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, slow paced, village vacation. And they have two very cute bunnies 😍

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Easy access to downtown and still hidden in a small, local village with hiking trails and tea houses all around. Definitely worth the stay.

It was a very good experience. The breakfast was so good. The services of the housekeeper was so good. Will go again.

Located in a nice neighbourhood and tea farm is within walking distance. Overall nice stay experience.

Cloud hotel is located near the Jiuxi scenic spot one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake, with a good location and good scenery, which is deeply loved by peopel. The location was beautiful - beautiful views and lots of tea around! Everyone was helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very traditional Chinese. The location was difficult to get or from via Didi during peak times. We were able to make it work though. The A/C wasn't turned on yet so it was warm in the room if windows were closed. If windows were open, it was very noisy starting at about 5:00 am. All-in-all, it was a nice trip in a beautiful location.
