Professionalism and warmth, great empathy for all the staff of Hotel Capri, Havana
My 5 night stay at the Hotel Capri in Havana was very pleasant, largely due to the attention received at all times by the hotel staff.
I advise not to miss the afternoons of the piano bar in the lobby, the pianist is excellent. I highlight the service of the bellboy or baggage waiter, the doorman who always opens the door to guests with a smile, and of course to the breakfast staff, with the sweets in syrup, which reminded me of those made by my mother.
Jorge, the Hotel Commercial who is always attentive to any guest requests.
The pool is small, but very nice and with a bar where there is never a shortage of beer and other a la carte drinks, with hot and cold dishes.

Nos llena de alegría leer sus palabras y saber que su visita al Hotel Capri de La Habana fue tan agradable. Es muy gratificante conocer que nuestro equipo logró que se sintiera bien atendida y que disfrutara de los pequeños detalles que hacemos con cariño para cada cliente.
