เริ่มดีขึ้น
เราพักในห้อง ซึ่งสะอาด แต่ดูโทรม และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ราคาถูกมาก อย่างไรก็ตามแม้โรงแรมนี้มันเคารพ 1990 เห็นได้ชัดคือการก่อสร้าง - แล้วบางห้องตกแต่งใหม่ โซเพื่อดูว่าเรา ดูเหมือนกับมาตรฐานที่ยอมรับได้

thank you for your feedback. As the building of our hotel is really large, renovations are a long-run project (started in January 2014, supposed to finish next year). Next time we'll be glad to welcome you in one of our COMFORT (refurbished) rooms.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay, which you booked at our hotel via Booking.com. On this page it is possible to choose a stay with or without breakfast. When booking, you selected a stay without breakfast, and therefore the price of breakfast was not included in the amount you paid via Booking.com, and it had to be paid on the spot. If you send us a confirmation that you paid for breakfast as part of a booking on Booking.com, we will of course refund the overpayment.
Regarding the cleaning, I will repeat that whenever the housekeeping staff came to your room, there was a "do not disturb" sign. Unfortunately, you did not contact the reception during your stay, so we thought that you did not want cleaning. We are very sorry for this misunderstanding, because we do cleaning every day as standard.
