Hemos revisado cuidadosamente nuestros registros internos de reservas, objetos olvidados y correspondencia con huéspedes, y no hemos encontrado ninguna estadía ni comunicación que coincida con los hechos que usted describe. Tampoco hemos recibido correo electrónico o llamada de su parte con datos verificables para poder atenderle.
En el Hotel Posada del Ángel tomamos muy en serio la seguridad y el servicio, y todo objeto olvidado por nuestros huéspedes se documenta y se guarda en un registro específico para su posterior devolución. Por ello, solicitamos públicamente que nos remita su nombre completo, fecha de la reserva y copia de la factura de hospedaje, de modo que podamos investigar con transparencia.
En caso de no recibir información verificable, lamentamos tener que concluir que esta publicación no corresponde a un huésped real, sino a un comentario infundado que no refleja nuestra operación.
