To flee

Horrible hotel, one enters its smell cigarette, room not clean, curtains are dirty sink is brown sheets not wash horrible

Disgusting, filthy hotel. Do not stay here

We booked this through booking.com as we trusted them to promote only decent hotels on their website. What a disgusting disaster!! Please do not stay here!,The hotel was filthy with carpets that had bleach stains on them to try and eradicate whatever the stains were originally.The bed sheet was black supposedly to hide the stains, which it failed to do. The bathroom was dirty, covered in mold, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the smell was only overpowered by the one coming from the sleeping area. My husband and I left immediately and told the manager we couldn’t stay in such a dirty smelly room. He then told us there was no where else available in Calais my answer was I would rather sleep in the car! Despite telling us we would get a full refund (which we had paid to booking.com) he has now reneged on that and booking.com will not refund our 80 euros.

Dirty, smelly, stains everywhere and mold in the bathroom.

Filthiest hotel I have every seen. Stains everywhere and dampness and mold cover the tiles in the bathroom. Found out afterwards the town council are trying to shut it down because of its dangerous state of hygiene. The pictures are a downright lie and if you stay here you are putting your health at risk as well as risking bed bugs.

Avoid and sleep in your car

Oh my God, what a dump.
The whole place was filthy and carpets were badly stained
Cleanest part of the hotel was the vacuum cleaner as nobody used it!
No new towels or room cleaned for the entire 5 days of our visit, beds contaminated with biting bed bugs, shower tiles black with mould, bathroom sink green with mould, toilet wasn't secured to the floor.
Beds were like paving stones that weren't fit for purpose.
No parking, lift or breakfast. Place was a delight for disease control and viruses.
Furniture in each room was wrecked and dated.
We had to buy cleaning materials and flea killer at our cost.
How Booking.com can still offer this dump is a disgrace.

Terrible experience

The entrance was already very outdated. The receptionist did her best, but...
The smell was horrible everywhere. No elevator available. The room had no curtains in the bathroom so it was open and exposed. Hair in the bathroom. Debutante floor and shower and bathroom. Branding on the floor covering. 1 socket for the entire room. Sheets were dirty. No heating that worked. After commenting, she offered us another room: it was even worse: there were spots on the carpet everywhere you stepped. It felt very dirty. Bed against the wall, barely room to move. Terrible smell. Butts on the terrace. No rubbish bin. No option for breakfast. The photos are correct from No sides. scandalous
