EXCEPTIONAL

Hotel and restaurant beyond our expectations. Exceptional welcome. Beautiful and very comfortable room with a lovely balcony and a magnificent view of the bay. My partner is very demanding, and he was satisfied, as was I, coming from Saint Malo for a little getaway before facing difficult times. Our dinner was delicious and very refined in a very lovely setting.
I dream of returning to the Terminal and its restaurant, Les Ormeaux, as soon as I am out of the hospital. A huge thank you to Julie and her husband for their warm welcome and hospitality.

Horrible

Reservation made a week in advance. Upon our arrival, it was extremely hot inside. We politely asked if it was possible to be seated on the terrace, but the owner replied that the tables were reserved for regular guests staying at the hotel.
We accepted his answer. My husband then simply said to me: "We'll eat quickly and get out of here," while speaking to me and not the owner. To our great surprise, he immediately took the menus off our table, asked us to leave the restaurant, and accused us of being rude.
We remained calm and courteous throughout the entire exchange. The problem is not the refusal to seat us on the terrace, but this totally disproportionate reaction and the lack of respect we were subjected to.
A very surprising attitude from a restaurant professional. Extremely disappointing experience.

Run away!

Award very high, no coffee or tea, dirty bathrobe, fridge leaking soaked in water, television disturbing the neighbors, slept on a slab, very poorly soundproofed and direction not very kind who charges surplus as he sees fit, lamentable, no indulgence. Wholesale to flee!!! Never seen this, I would strongly advise my entourage.

Excellent week at the continental.

Very good hotel. Spacious, well-equipped and very clean room with a magnificent sea view. The bedding is very comfortable. Italian shower. The owners are very friendly and take care of their customers. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of sweet or savory products, homemade or local. Thank you Julie and Christophe for your warm welcome.

Nice view, nothing more

4 nights in the only room available. The room was stifling, no fan, no AC no cross breeze. The website mentions ammeneties, though I can't tell you what they are. At 213,50 € per night, no coffee machine in the room. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if one couls find a morning cup of coffee somewhere. Not possible. Free Internet? try again. no internet for 2 of 4 days. I've slept on sidewalks more comfortable than the bed provided. My French is not great, but I get by, when I mentioned no internet, it for some reason became a whole lot worse, Je ne comprends pas. Don't just avoid this hotel, run from it.
