Nice place with a good location
We decided to go to Abkhazia with a young man. Chose this hotel. They have one room category , which goes with or without a balcony. Food with hair and night noise from staff

At 11:00 p.m., the waitress was talking loudly under the door on the phone after being called to silence, and in the morning, she lashed out with her fists and threats (well, I'll ask you) right in the middle of the cafe at breakfast.

Change the receptionist and never put in rooms by the smoker
I've never seen such dirty, dark, stinky rooms, also for 7,000 a night. Dirty blankets, synthetic linen (the train is better), windows open onto a smoker. Very noisy.
We asked twice to change the number, they refused. At the same time, a sign "there are available rooms" hung at the entrance of the hotel.
The funny thing is, those dirty, smelly blankets weren't tucked into the blankets, and when we asked for them to be changed, the receptionist said, "Well, do it yourself."
The habalism of Marina's administrator was, in principle, off the charts all along. I don't recommend it, and I'm never coming back here. Management is advised to consider changing the administrator.

Before the trip, we checked whether everything was in force, we were assured that everything was ok.
We arrived and immediately paid the money for the 9 remaining days, we were shown to a room, or rather two separate rooms with a view of the wall of the neighboring house. When asked how this happened, they answered that our room was occupied, guests did not leave it. With a fight , but they returned the money within 9 days.
They never gave us the advance payment, saying that if you don’t like it, then go back to your Russia. (These are the words of Olga from the room reservation department). She said that they bought the police, they threatened that we would not be allowed into any hotel for her call.
After all this, they offered us the room that we had originally booked, but there was no desire to be there after such thunderstorms and statements. And I don’t recommend it to anyone.

As for the bathroom, there is no question of accessories, they didn’t provide us with anything, there weren’t even disposable slippers, and in the bathroom water leaked onto the floor, the administrator was informed about this, she gave us a rag for the floor. Next, a very interesting point: during this period, we lived alone in a four-story hotel. On the issue of breakfast, they also write about pre-ordering, but it wasn’t even close. The food is terrible, even the tables on the terrace are not wiped, although they are all covered in dust. In addition, they have breakfast from 9.00, which is very inconvenient for vacationers. I don’t recommend it and I won’t go back to them.
