Super all-round package

We ended up in this hotel by accident and were completely enthusiastic. 10 minutes walk from Bermuda Triangle. 6,50 € parking space per day. Very rich, fresh breakfast. Very spacious room, super clean. Reception and staff top friendly and accommodating but not intrusive. We as smokers were amazed by the almost luxurious smoking area outside (also top clean). Mattresses a little soft and decor partly 80 ger.... but top maintained and clean. Really recommendable!

Had a wonderful stay

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all so sweet and helpful and we only had good impressions from the second we got there to the moment we left. The breakfast especially was an outstanding experience where the staff made sure there were room for everyone, showed you to a free table, and asked what kind of hot drink you'd like. You then got your own little pot of said drink, making the experience feel a lot more expensive than it really was.
The room was really nice, we had a lot of space and though it was a bit noisy outside, we didn't have any problems to sleep. The cleaning could possibly have been a little bit better during the daily tidy up, but it really didn't bother us. The kindness of the staff outshone any negative impressions we might have had, and we ended up enjoying our stay so much we wished we didn't have to leave.
We'll stay here again the next time for sure.

Great hotel in Bochum

Reception lady / Natalie was absolutely wonderful. Energetic and full of information as well as humor .
Room was a bit compact but quiet , very clean and bright with great exterior light as well as interior lighting . Bathroom was very clean with small toiletries. Bed was comfortable.
Close to several excellent and reasonably priced restaurants.
Great inside secure bike storage .
Has a convenient lift for upper floors .
Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold food choices .

Great place to stay

Good sized, very clean room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast and decent coffee. We were met by a very cheerful lady in reception, which added an extra sparkle to our stay.
Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Good location, very helpful staff

I spent there more than one month in August-September 2015, and found its location very convenient - it's close to shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants, but far enough from them not to be disturbed by outside noise at night. Speaking of noise, the walls in the hotel are thin, and you can often hear talks and noises from other rooms and corridor - this solely depends on your luck with the neighbours though. What's great about this hotel is its staff, who is very friendly and helpful, open to solving any of the requests. Although not all of them speak good English, we never had any problems. The rooms are small, but one can get over it. Free wi-fi is always a good bonus. I found having an old-fashioned metal key for my room a good exception from the rule. Overall very good experience!
