A nice quiet place to hike and relax, but not in this hotel !
The outdoor pool polluted and not usable, sauna was not heated for a day either.

No hotel, a disappointment and rip-off
Unfortunately, our stay at the facility was disappointing. On June 23, 2025, Melli, a very friendly employee, welcomed us. Afterwards, however, we experienced an unfriendly reception situation in the breakfast room the following morning. A blonde employee with long hair approached us without any personal address or polite greeting, but merely asked what room we had. It became clear that she was disinterested as she frequently played with her phone and chewed gum.
Breakfast itself was acceptable, but our room no. 6 turned out to be unresponsive. The facilities were more reminiscent of a boarding house or youth hostel than a high-quality hotel.
Access to the wellness area was possible from 3pm to 8pm. For guests who go on day trips, an extended opening time would be desirable to take advantage of the spa amenities in the evening.
In addition, we received unexpected difficulties when checking out. The said employee tried to charge us twice the price. It was only when she consulted her superior, who made only a vague remark, that the situation was resolved half-heartedly. We experienced this as an unfortunate attempt at fraud, which was particularly disappointing as this stay was a birthday present for my husband on his 51st birthday. I was thinking of a birthday.
We would strongly advise others to avoid the so-called "Harmonie Hotel Rust".

Difficult reception operation
A downside is that the hotel does not accept maestro. Payment can only be made with a German EC card or cash.
Kurtax (2.80 per day per person) must be paid in cash, but it is a pity that no card was provided to us. Checked our statement after payment. We were charged for the stay of our invisible dog there. The amount was refunded after complaint.
