Bizarre, Dirty, Loud Inside and Out... Service Beyond Rude - I was scared here.
I booked in here for two nights because my son was in an emergency life threatening condition in hospital in Neuwied. Helicopters were involved in getting him there. I didn't have time to check trip advisor. Just went on a random site and booked the nearest place to the hospital. I have never been in Germany before. If my only experience of Germany was of this place, I would have left after a day and never been back. I left this horrible, smelly hotel as soon as I could.
I tried to get my room changed the first night. Asked my husband to call the hotel to help me. They hung up on him. If the proprietor ever reads this, go lie down on the bed in room 6 at 10 O'clock and if it doesn't sound like a helicopter is trying to take off from the basement you are deaf.
Then at 7.30 am the building site across the road had their diggers on full roar. Then at 7.40 am your contractors started with their circular saws making counter tops beneath my balcony. The balcony doors didn't close right, were single glazed and the curtains were useless.
There was no soap, not that I would have washed let alone showered in that bathroom. The electrics were dodgy with only one useable plug socket I could find, without turning off the only useable lamp. Did have to sacrifice trying to see if the telly worked for the use of that one socket.
Oh, there was more that was awful about this place. But now in a lovely hotel, in a lovely town.
Off to get some sleep.

Nichts für nichtraucher!!!!!!!!!!!
Unten ist ein Reataurant - ziemlich verraucht, da ist mir der Hunger schnell verflogen.
Es ist mehr eine Großzügige(Kneipe) für seine Freunde für die die es nicht mehr Heim schaffen dort schlafen zu können.
Zimmer : Flecken im Teppich/Wasserflecken an der Wand
Badezimmer : Schimmel
Toilettenbrille : Lack abgesprungen
Usw.
Kann man muss aber nicht sein
